process printing, providing imaging characteristics that enable flexo to match the quality of offset or gravure printing. Digital CST can be developed using the new LAVA Thermal Processing System.

Digital CST, based on our innovative EPIC plate technology, offers a micro-rough surface texture with excellent ink transfer for challenging flexo printing applications or unique ink requirements. The cap layer also adds an extra benefit to imaging by ensuring that the resulting plate give you the best tonal range possible. And because it is wear resistant, you are guaranteed long run durability on press.
